  • No personal details given to Sleepy Hollow Smokehouse will be passed to a third party.

Orders

  • All orders will be despatched 2 (two) days in advance of delivery day agreed.
  • Cancellations and ammendments to orders must be made by Midday, 3 (three) days prior to delivery date agreed.
  • Sleepy Hollow Smokehouse must be notified within 24 hours of reciept of goods regarding any complaints.
  • Sleepy Hollow Smokehouse cannot be held responsible for goods not deilvered due to incomplete or incorrect delevery details or the recipients unable to take delivery.
  • Sleepy Hollow Smokehouse cannot be held responsible for goods.
  • Sleepy Hollow Smokehouse will replace any damaged or defective goods within 30 days of notification.
  • We must receive payment for the goods you order, and any delivery charges before your order can be despatched, unless otherwise agreed.
